Come and be filled as you sit at my table 

Quenching your thirst as you drink of my wine 

Bringing the memory of my dying and rising 

Into your bloodstream which is mingled with mine. 

This is the bread that has come down from heaven, 

This is my blood for the life of the world. 

He leads us out of the power of darkness 

And brings us safe to the kingdom of life. 

No longer have I, but now Christ lived within me, 

I live by faith in the Son of God. 

Those in Christ Jesus will have no condemnation 

He sets them free through the Spirit he sends. 

Thus shall the world know you are my disciples, 

If you can love, and if you can forgive.
